This digital solution is specifically developed to eliminate repetitive tasks and support decision making in small and medium-sized Mexican companies, through the digitalization of tasks such as time and attendance, vacation and absence management, payroll incidents, NOM-035 enforcement, surveys and communication, among others. Pros
The aspect which I liked the most it is the applicant tracking system (ATS) created by the SherlockHR developers. The system enables seamless candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking, significantly reducing the time and effort required to find the right candidates for open positions. It smooths everything out.
Cons
Customer service support can be quite slow. Other than that, I had no issues what so ever.

Los nuevos filtros y las opciones de interactuar con preguntas cerradas y algunas pruebas, de esta manera el candidato que llega al final cuenta con las condiciones básicas que se necesitan.

Aveces se hace complicado por la cantidad de funcionalidades, pero es cuestión de practica

El tener un enlace directo al whatsapp del candidato es algo que nadie mas tiene y facilita mucho el trabajo.
Cons
En ocasiones cuando quiero reactiva una vacante no se cambia a “activa” se queda como archivada y no indica si falta algún campo por llenar, simplemente se queda archivada y no se a que se deba.
