About SOS Inventory

SOS Inventory targets small to medium-sized enterprises in various business sectors, including food processing, aircraft manufacturing, reselling, and many more. The software allows organizations to integrate it with QuickBooks Online to eliminate duplicate data entry. Companies may use the sales order function to streamline order management by creating full or partial shipments as customers require. It also enables users to generate full or partial invoices from the sales orders and synchronize the invoices with QuickBooks Online.

The software supports multiple locations by allowing corporations to track the level of inventory in each of their sites. It enables businesses to purchase and receive materials in every location and ship orders from one or more locations. SOS Inventory tracks specific products and their cost history by serial number. It also lets enterprises build assemblies and track work-in-progress stages.

SOS Inventory is an invoice management platform that manage not only your sales transactions but it can integrate all monthly sales with your inventory and supply systems.

Pros

They have a variety of shipping methods. My favorite is the DHL option, which allow distributors to ship merchandise worldwide. It also integrates with other apps such as Shopify and Big Commerce.

Cons

I have no complaints about the software.

so far it looks good, still learning EXCELLENT help from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and all others I spoke with

the transition, was very confusing - but, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was AWESOME with helping me get things going. I would not have been able to use this software if it weren't for him, i would have given up.

I had high hopes exploring this resource would save me time each month, but I found the system difficult to navigate so it actually took more of my time.

Pros

The ease of set up was nice, but after that I didn't like much of anything.

Cons

The price was a bit high for a non profit and honestly wasn't comfortable with the platform.

Ease of use in creating and tracking jobs, purchase orders, shipments etc

Some of the information that is inputted onto the form doesn't always show when the document is mailed out

Pros

Good price in comparison to others, very customizable and integrated. If you are a super advanced user, this is an amazing system. I think we only used about 30% of its capacity

Cons

So very many features and things to point and select that having a pro set it up would be better. One wrong pointer and your whole books are screwed up. Not very intuitive
