> **Pros**: I love that this software allows us to finally create an alternative for creators to share their work on their own terms. The "established" social media options (i.e., Instagram, Facebook) are too overbearing with their "community guidelines" and enforce them haphazardly and hypocritically. By creating our own platform with Scrile, we're enjoying the freedom to share and monetize our content by our own rules.

> **Pros**: Scrile Connect is very quick and easy to make a basic set up. The starting prices are very affordable and the customer service really fast and effective. In fact, the customer service is really what makes the product offering very good, no matter how complicated it may seem, your success manager or tech support will get to you within a business day with the right response.

> **Cons**: The worst part is that as a non US customer I found there fewer payment partner options available. This did meant I had to shop around for the most suitable option.Also some features I felt should be stable to the offering had to be purchased, luckily I did get great discount and my requested feature were implemented without issue.When you’re on pro plan and lower, you don’t have a lot of flexibility with website design or some other features unless you upgrade to enterprise which is definitely a hefty investment.

> Overall the experience has been very good, customer service really are amazing and feel invested in you. Sometimes I’ve had to re-evaluate options because I am locked behind the pro plan but ultimately as a side project I can’t complain.
