Worldline

About Worldline
Worldline offers POS solutions for companies to enable their customers to make cashless payments. The offer includes standalone terminals which can operate independently of the cash register. Customers can choose to pay via card, smartphone, or smartwatch. Another alternative is to set up a mobile terminal, which offers a higher degree of flexibility.
A third option is an integrated cash register solution. In this case, Worldline uses the existing till infrastructure to enable cashless payments. These options are relevant to retail or restaurant businesses, as well as in various other service areas. As a fourth option, Worldline facilitates the introduction of self-service payment. This is aimed at operators of businesses like petrol stations or parking garages.
Worldline's offer includes flexible service packages tailored to the terminals. Businesses can choose the right support to suit their needs. The solution is designed to reduce the workload and integration effort associated with the use of cashless payments.

Probably the best option for automated payouts/payins in Canada
Reviewed on 2019/07/23
Pros
Fairly low fees and works as intended most of the time. One of the only functional EFT debit systems in Canada that you can integrate into your app.
Cons
Can get very clunky and transactions often fail for no apparent reason. The API is quite substandard as well.

It is a Fraud Company
Reviewed on 2024/01/31
Pros
Nothing to like about for this fraud company
Cons
It is a fruad company. I applied for their services and they asked for a setup fee of Rs. 5000/- to be paid first to move forward. They asked me documents and some vendor invoices and I provided them all. They asked for sign and stamp on vendor invoices I got that done. They asked for certificates for a product, I stopped selling that product and removed it from my website. Still they are saying sign on vendor invoices is pending when I have already sent them signed and stamped invoices. I finally asked for refund of my amount and they stopped picking up my calls, reply to our mails and messages. I finally gave them a warning and they ignored it. Don't waste your time and money on this company. They provide lower commission on some payment methods but its a trap don't fall into it.

Good payment processing gateway

Pros
Bambora/ Worldline does the features I need the most at a competitive rate. I'm able to export reports which is enough for my accounting purposes.
Cons
Documentation can be improved. Integration with other softwares are limited. Worldline should implement something similar to Stripe Radar for more fraud detection and chargeback protection.

Great for a decent price!
Reviewed on 2023/05/26
Pros
The fees charged are lower compared to Stripe, and the integration process was straightforward.
Cons
I have no complaints at the moment. However, if I were to make a suggestion, it would be to implement an automated email system for my monthly batch report. Currently, I have to access the system and manually check the monthly totals. It would be highly beneficial to receive the report instantly via email at the end of each month.
