Zenvia Conversion (formerly Sirena) is a conversational marketing platform designed to help businesses in the eCommerce, retail, automotive, education, and other sectors manage customer communications across multiple channels using a shared inbox. Administrators can integrate the system with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram to connect with prospects on a unified interface.

The platform enables managers to create messaging buttons, letting potential customers send queries using preferred channels. Zenvia Conversion offers automated assignment algorithms, which allows teams to filter and direct incoming messages to relevant agents via distribution bots. Supervisors can also gain insights into open, scheduled, closed, and unassigned conversations through mobile applications on Android and iOS devices.

Zenvia Conversion lets eCommerce businesses automate transactional messages and notify customers regarding the order and delivery updates in real-time. Operators can also automate conversations via chatbots, send broadcast messages, and add custom labels on a centralized dashboard.

The best customer service enhancement tool

Pros

This tool is unbelievable :
1. The support for communications platforms like Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook is just awesome.
2. The shared team inbox makes the whole process so hassle-free and easy to manage.
3. Automatic assignment of new clients helps a lot in increasing the capacity in providing the service to our customers in the fastest possible way.

Cons

Nothing as such. The company is doing great work. Keep bringing new ideas in the software.

It is a tool that is constantly evolving and that allows us to use its new features in order to provide the best experience to our contacts and prospects. As I mentioned previously, for us the main problem that we were able to solve was the formalization of our communication process through WhatsApp with our contacts and prospects.

Pros

It is a great tool to manage all your WhatsApp contacts and prospects. It allows you to record digital sales and thus measure the effectiveness of your marketing effort. Highly recommended if you are looking to formalize communication through WhatsApp!

Cons

It would be great to have a flow module, where we can see how some automatic responses can appear depending on the questions.

This is the most painful review to receive, not only is it a low rating but there is no opportunity for improvement. Has it been the worst? Why has it been? This review was sent last year. Have you managed to use it again? Now the platform is much more robust, allowing more messages, functions and channels such as Instagram. Looking forward to having you with us again.

Pros

I liked how easy is for sales reps to get started with it, and the natural flow to go from one client to another inside the system.

It really makes you go fast with your follow ups and new contacts

Cons

The reports are not good enough since they're very structured and apparently from a 3rd party service
