Our favorite features of the Creator Studio is how seamlessly we're managing over 40+ pages for businesses and public figures with advanced collaboration tools to easily approve posts and create tasks for our team members and to show our scheduled posts to clients before publishing them, We love the easy and deep reporting to create visual informative reports and to even set up scheduled reports for keeping clients up to date with the performance, Also the ability to respond to customers messages and comments across Facebook and Instagram from one dashboard is the best time-saving feature overall.

Our main dislike is being unable to schedule reels to Instagram since it's the biggest focus for all the brands we manage and an essential post type lately, We really don't understand why Meta is preventing us from doing that.

As usually one of the best things about the Creator Studio is the ease of use, The interface and user experience is flawless with the features and capabilities every business needs to easily manage their Facebook pages and Instagram profiles, I do like the document management system they built and the collaboration tools too for previewing my scheduled posts to my clients before publishing them, They built the easiest scheduling system to seamlessly publish, schedule and edit published posts. Also the one-for-all inbox for maximizing customer satisfaction score with a fast response to their messages, comments and reviews across Instagram and Facebook, that's what we really needed and other social media management services couldn't offer a seamless experience like what Meta offers, even with paid subscriptions.

The frequent updates is unusual, very unusual to make changes that fast to a platform like this. It's like changing the interface everyday, every week, every month there's a completely different interface and this makes users confused, specially the beginners or basic users when they get used to the platform and then all in a sudden they find nothing in place and everything is changed. I also hope they support Reels scheduling for Facebook or Instagram, This is what clients are asking for and we do too. Also the mobile app needs some improvements and flexibility in switching between pages and businesses.

by far the best social media management tool of the Meta group (also owner of Ceator Studio). a perfect tool for creators but also for communities and social media managers who work in companies to create, plan, publish and manage posts in all formats (photos, videos, stories, reels, etc.). simple to use but also complete with all the most up-to-date features of the individual social networks and to use it you just need a facebook profile and no subscription is required. the tool is also complete with a large section of data and reports that can be easily consulted like all the other feature management sections.

I use it on a daily basis and I don't find any particularly negative aspects other than perhaps a more captivating graphics in the seating planning section but really, no major negative aspects.
