> **Pros**: Schnittstelle von FRB mit unserer Stamm-Kundenverwaltung funktioniert nach aufwändiger Einrichtung sehr gut. Web-Formulare laufen einwandfrei. Vielfältigkeit der Zahlungsfunktionen (sofern alle funktionieren) sowie zwei inkludierte Formulare für eng-dt ist für uns als international vernetzte Organisation sehr gut.

> **Cons**: Zahlungsoptionen Google Pay sowie Apple Pay sind im backend eingerichtet, laufen aber nicht. Kundenservice findet bislang keine Lösung.

> Auch wenn es noch Luft nach oben gibt, für unsere Spendenakquise sowie -administration war die Implementierung von FRB ein Quantensprung.
