About Vitality
Vitality is an energy management software that helps businesses connect with the internet of things (IoT) devices to centralize building data and handle utility billing processes. Administrators can set up heating, ventilation, and air conditioning points to measure per unit cost of operations.
The platform offers a billing center, which enables teams to access tenant payments and manage reimbursement processes on a unified interface. Vitality allows managers to read and upload meter data and generate invoices based on predefined utility rate schedules. Other features include tenant collections, single sign-on, educational kiosks, building drift, and accounts receivables reporting. Supervisors can also convert energy data including kWh and kW to various benchmarks and track energy usage via mobile devices.
Vitality lets stakeholders analyze building data to predict future energy consumption and detect anomalies using a centralized dashboard. Operators can also visualize energy consumption data based on hour, date, month, and building through heatmaps.

Pros
Once I was given a little training on how the software works, it was easy to get on and find what I needed.
Cons
I don't like that the apps page is the main one that pops up at the beginning. I just want to see my stuff first.

Thanks for the review! I noticed that you do not like the Apps page as the home page. Did you know you can set the home page to a custom dashboard or a number of different home pages? I will have one of our CSMs reach out to you to schedule a training on how to do this.

We can use this for a quick reference when planning a gas day.
Cons
Our gas day is from 8am to next day 8am. It was set up for normal day 12 am to 12am
