Apizeal is a web-based health and life insurance management system designed to help businesses in the health and life insurance industry manage commissions and client communication. The platform lets organizations view what's assigned to their staff and agents. Agents can also receive automated reminders of documents or tasks.

La principal ayuda o el principal problema resuelto al utilizar Apizeal es el manejo y control de la data de los Clientes, así como mantener actualizadas las diferentes acciones que se realizan como servicio para cada cliente. Mantener un registro de cada acuerdo manejado con el cliente favorece enormemente la efectividad de tu labor.

Pros

El software cumple la función de Asistente y Archivo Digital, donde se puede crear un archivo personalizado para cada cliente, facilitando las funciones de Atención al Cliente.

Cons

Es difícil definir en forma inmediata cual pudiera ser un contra. Por el tiempo que tenemos utilizandolo, hasta ahora ha sido una herramienta primordial en nuestro día a día.

Como lo coloco en el titulo, desde que empecé a usar Apizeal, hubo un antes y un después. Y se puede decir que mejor, mucho mejor. Ahora tengo tiempo para hacer más y mas flexibilidad de acceso, desarrollo y control de mis datos, con mucha confianza y seguridad.
Ahora hasta desde mi celular, puedo trabajar directamente con mis clientes sin ninguna dificultad,

Pros

La facilidad para navegar por los módulos y acceder a la información clave, para facilitar nuestro trabajo de asesoría eficaz, transparente y segura con nuestros clientes.
Pero quizá lo mejor de todo es la vinculación segura con el cliente y sus datos, cerrando toda posibilidad de comprometer los datos sensibles de los clientes, en una plataforma segura y accesible a la vez

Cons

Creo que nuestra interacción con sus creadores, ha reducido las pequeñas deficiencias que hemos encontrado y la apertura de ellos a incorporar los cambios y mejorar su plataforma, nos ha dado mucha seguridad y confianza en un producto bastante flexible y cómodo

He logrado organizar todo lo referente a mi equipo de trabajo. Encontrar los clientes y todas las modificaciones hechas. Es una herramienta que me ha facilitado a encontrar todo lo necesario en mi área de trabajo. Q

Cons

El momento de buscar un cliente cuando no está escrito correctamente no deja ubicarlo aún con su nombre dando las opciones.

Ha sido una excelente herramienta para mantener organizada la informacion de mis clientes en el dia a dia y en los reportes de seguimiento.
Ahora es mas facil que me ubiquen clientes potenciales con la integracion de la pagina web personalizada.

Pros

Es un software muy amigable para administrar y gestionar la base de datos de tus clientes e integrarlos con los productos y comunicaciones.
Los administradores siempre estan atentos a las recomendaciones e integrar al software los requerimientos que se puedan llegar a presentar.

Cons

Todo muy bien, hasta el momento no he tenido ningun contratiempo.
