LoadView

About LoadView
LoadView is a cloud-based load testing software designed to help developers manage load testing for websites, APIs, web applications, streaming media, third-party services, and more via a unified portal. The application utilizes Azure cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to allow DevOps teams to build and run custom tests using concurrent connections and different browsers like Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and more.
LoadView’s web application testing capabilities enable users to measure response time, limitations, and behavior during heavy traffic for logins, shopping carts, forms, payment screens, and other functionality. The platform supports a variety of desktop and mobile browsers and devices like Kindles and Android and iOS smartphones. Testing engineers can also evaluate the performance of websites in Internet Explorer, iOS, and Android browsers, distribute traffic across different geographic locations to simulate real-world usage and execute tests using built-in load injector servers.
LoadView allows DevOps teams to measure websites’ capability to handle high traffic using load step curve, validate capacity plans with a goal-based curve, and adjust the load in real-time with dynamic adjustable curve test scenarios. Administrators can also gain insights into metrics related to sessions and performance data to identify critical errors and performance of websites and applications via reports and analytics.

Quick and easy tool
Reviewed on 2023/05/05
Pros
The testing tool proved to be a valuable resource for me in evaluating the effectiveness of my web app. I found the tool to be very user-friendly, with a simple and intuitive interface that made it easy to use. The test results were presented in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for me to understand the areas where my web app could be improved.
Cons
The free tier of the performance testing tool did not provide me with enough credit to get a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities. While I was able to get a sense of its basic functionality, I was left with the impression that a more thorough test would be required to truly assess its value.

Over all experience is quite good, tools helps to setup load test quickly.
Pros
On demand setup where small team can set-up load test framework very quickly up to any amount of load, no need to worry backend infra, otherwise setup backend infra from load test is tedious and time consuming task.
Also Load Patterns supported by tools are quite impressive.
Cons
Script recorder needs to be improve, though it is useful but it buggy.
