About EASEE
EASEE is a SaaS solution that has been specifically developed to perform energy audits for multi-site entities and monitor their energy transition plan(s).
Unlike other energy management solutions, EASEE is not only focused on energy monitoring. EASEE is above all a tool for building, deploying and monitoring energy transition plans!
EASEE was developed by Delpower, a company that has been specializing in the energy transition of companies and public authorities for over 10 years.
The software contains 4 main modules :
Energy Assessment : this module allows you to carry out an energy and CO2 assessment in accordance with the standards and regulations in place. It also allows you to monitor the evolution of KPIs and the achievement of objectives.
Energy Plan : this module enables the simulation of improvement options. In addition, it enables the validation and monitoring of an energy and greenhouse gas transition action plan over time, and the construction of different investment scenarios.
Monitoring : this module allows you to monitor consumption data from meters and sub-meters (oil, gas, electricity, PV, water, etc.);
Documents : this module allows the centralisation and sharing of documents between users of the application (energy invoices, data sheets, plans, diagrams, audit reports, etc.).

1. Carry out energy audits & CO2 assessments in accordance with the European Energy Efficiency Directive (2012/27/EU) and in strict compliance with methodological standards (IPMVP, ISO 50001, ISO 50006 et ISO 50015).
2. Consolidate information from multiple sites in a few clicks. Consolidation can be carried out for a group of sites or a group of buildings. This functionality is highly valued by large property managers, multi-site companies, public authorities and federations.
3. Define and monitor your energy strategy by easily identifying energy-consuming items. This makes it easy for you to keep track of your consumption and costs. EASEE also provides powerful simulation tools. You can then analyse and optimize your energy analysis and build your action plan with confidence.
4. Follow-up KPIs & simplify your reporting with our platform
5. Follow the evolution of your consumption in real time and receive alerts when certain thresholds are exceeded.
6. Access business intelligence by simulating energy-savings improvements thank to our models.

Pros
Logiciel complet permettant de regrouper tous les aspects énergétiques (bilan, plan d'action, monitoring et documentation) dans un seul environnement. Un précieux outil pour une maitrise complète de l'énergie et de la stratégie de transition environnementale de l'entreprise.
Cons
Les modèles automatiques de calcul du plan d'action nécessitent un tout petit peu d'adaptation, mais une fois la logique intégrée, le gain de temps est considérable!

Permet de suivre les consommations énergétiques en utilisant les normes d'accord de branche, de faire de la visualisation et même de l'estimation d'impact de projets pour développer un plan d'actions
Cons
Quoi que les fonctionnalités soient toutes bien là, l'accès n'est pas toujours aisé si on ne va pas dedans régulièrement. Cela vient aussi du fait que l'outil est très complet.
Le fait que ce soit une version web, donc pas installée chez le client, en repousse pas mal, car ils ont peur de la fuite de données, du hacking,... Un modèle local serait dans ce cas le bienvenu.
