SynkedUP is a software that helps landscape business owners manage jobs from leads to invoicing. It offers both cloud-based desktop and Android/iOS mobile applications.
SynkedUP automatically prices estimates, lets users define what materials and how many man-hours are required for the job. and evaluate charges to cover costs, recover overhead expenses, and apply desired profit. The platform tracks jobs as they are completed in the mobile app, and manages job costs for businesses to determine actual profit and costs. The job costing report shows estimated vs actual net profit, estimated vs actual costs on every item, progress bars for estimated vs actual labor, and more. It also offers a suite of project management tools with scheduling and a mobile app that provides information about jobs to crews in the field.
The mobile application tracks time and material used to automatically provide up-to-date live progress reports. It also integrates with Quickbooks Online for payroll processes.

Down to the penny. This allows you to get your next quote more and more accurate, as your history informs your next estimate for the next job. All without ever entering information manually into a spreadsheet.
Invoicing - SynkedUP integrates with QuickBooks Online to allow you to seamlessly invoice customers, either from the web or the mobile app.
Digital Proposals - Take the estimate that SynkedUP automatically priced for you, and send it straight off to the customer as a digital proposal. The client can open your proposal in one click, and interactively select line items they want to approve. This allows you to add optional line items, and sell more work. SynkedUP will then automatically invoice the customer for a down payment (if you want) to collect the deposit.

Pros
Game changing application for running a service based company. The SynkedUp team works continuously to bring positive change to the app based on consumer feedback. If you are looking for a software to help you & your teams estimate, send out proposals, track jobs, & get paid, look no further. It pays for itself ten-fold.
Cons
Really no complaints. If there is a problem, their development team works consistently on improving user experience.

We’ve been using SynkedUp for about 4 years now, and it is a tool we would highly recommend. We are a 10-person landscape company doing design, build, and maintenance, and we use SynkedUp for our company budgeting, estimating, client approvals, scheduling, invoicing, and job costing, and more. The team at SynkedUp also get us as landscapers and contractors. Many of them have been in the field prior.
Awesome people, great software.
Pros
The people, the constant improvements, the ease of job costing, and the simple, clean interface.
Cons
Invoicing. route scheduling.
They are actively working on some major updates that I think will make these areas much better.

Before using this software I would spend
10-15 hours per week putting together estimates in the evening. Now I'm able to get those estimates out in less than half the time! Highly recommended SynkedUP!
