> **Pros**: We love the simplicity of the platform. We don't need a whole lot of bells and whistles, but we definitely wanted the individual volunteers to be able to manage their own schedule and be able to swap assignments if necessary without going through a mediator.

> **Cons**: It would be nice to tailor each individual week for how many volunteer positions are needed. For instance, if we're having a bigger event some Sunday, it might be nice to be able to add three positions to a task for that day without having to change the whole task setup.
> 
> So far things have been great. We're climbing the learning curve, which is going to be necessary with any software, and so far nothing has come up that we can't overcome. We did hit a small glitch and had to file a support ticket, but it was handled immediately, literally within hours, which was amazing\!

> **Cons**: I would like to have others with administrative access so that they can go right into the software and work with their team members.

> It's an affordable, simple software that really helps with the whole 80/20 rule of 80% of the work being done by 20% of the members. I don't want our volunteers to burn out (or me for that matter), so having software like this can help ease some of that monotonous administrative work.
