About IDrive
IDrive offers a backup and storage service with a desktop client and mobile apps for corporate users. It also offers image-based mobile, external hard drive, and hybrid backups with network-attached storage (NAS). Available for Windows and Mac computers, it accommodates the needs of most modern SMBs. Unlike most backup apps that serve only as remote portals for desktops, it offers Android and iOS apps for backing up mobile devices.
It can run continuously or on schedule, ‘true archiving’ files and versions for 30 days, or until manually deleted. It enables users to select the backup version they want to revert to using a built-in snapshot feature for point-in-time restore and recovery. Thanks to its timeline feature, users can also scroll through files and photos in a gallery-type mode before making their selection. Other features include folder syncing, SSO support, server backups, and courier service.

I get a box that tells me files were saved and it gives me peace of mind to know that my work will not be lost.
Pros
Very easy to set up and when automated keeps up with files being saved to the cloud. Couldn't be better than that.

Haven't found a Con for idrive as of yet.

Easy to use cloud back up solution

So far, I have been able to back up my files with ease and no problems have occurred.

Pros
I very enjoy how easy it is to use the software. Although I've only had cloud storage from Idrive for a few weeks, I love the peace of mind knowing my data is backed up should anything happen to my external hard drives.
Cons
Not many cons that I can think of. Perhaps including a way to download cloud files without having to install idrive software on a computer.

As well as using iDrive for remote access of my data when I'm on another device on the go, I have fully retrieved my data when a device failed (PC and laptop), without the need to get a tech to pull the data out for me. Each time I was able to purchase a new device and move forward with no data loss.
Pros
I love that it backs up everything automatically - PC, laptop, smartphone, and tablet.
Cons
I wish Google Workspace backup was included in the main subscription.

Excellent backup software. I like that you can backup multiple computers and also external hard drives which is something other backup software packages do not always offer.
Pros
This product is easy to setup and I like the fact that I can use my subscription to backup multiple computers using only 1 account.
Cons
User interface is good but could use a little improvement.
