About Medloop

Medloop is a browser-based practice management software that enables physicians to digitize their everyday practice. This software solution is supplemented by an iOS and Android app for patients and digital patient questionnaires.

The core software component is a digital index card that provides an overview of various patient practices. It includes information on allergies, diagnoses, disease progression and previous illnesses. Index card markers and pop-ups offer supporting functions. The intelligent AIS informs users about necessary patient recalls and examinations. Other functions include scheduling, creating prescriptions and digital waiting rooms. There are integrated DMP and HKS modules, plus features for digital support for family doctor-style care – specifically covering cash accounting with billing and remittance slips.

The Medloop app connects patients to doctors. Patients can use the app to chat with the practice, book appointments, order follow-up prescriptions, and request sick leave certifications. In addition, they can gain access to their medical information, such as lab results and various findings that can also be displayed graphically over time. App notifications inform users about check-ups, vaccinations, and other health services.
