I principali punti di forza sono che può  essere adattato alle esigenze del dipartimento, i dati possono essere estratti da altri programmi di contabilità o gestione paghe e caricati in modo massivo attraverso tabulati excel. La maggior parte dei processi, una volta configurati, procedono in autonomia ed è sempre possibile apportare modifiche alle sezioni.

> **Cons**: Non abbiamo mai rilevato particolari criticità. C'è sempre stato modo di risolvere le problematiche con un paio di call.

> A differenza id altri programmi con i quali ho avuto modo di lavorare, HR Tools si è mostrato efficace ed efficiente, consente la creazione di un completo fascicolo digitale del dipendente costumizzato secondo le esigenze. Con il tempo il servizio è andato migliorando, aggiungendo sezioni e funzioni rivelatesi sempre utili.  Il supporto è in ogni ambito HR: anagrafica, contrattualistica, retribuzione, formazione, sicurezza, valutazione e molto altro. Una particolare nota di merito va all'assistenza, disponibile in tempi brevi e con una risorsa specifica dedicata all'azienda.
