In time past we overly expended on projects to the extent that we crossed project budgets ,and thereby missed key project milestones. Since switching to Deltek over a year ago ,we have been able to better follow through with project budgets without overspending. Obviously having project planning, business development and Accounting together into one platform was very much helpful. We have been able to customize the Deltek Workflow to fit into the personal needs of my team ,thereby making much more effective. > > **Cons**: From experience so far , Delteck Vision expense reporting is flawed in the area of mobility , receipt uploads ,and ease of customization. ----- ### "Phenomenal support and very expansive software set" — 5.0/5 > **Joseph** | *12 July 2018* | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: Very responsive, very good support and never ending modules to make employees lives easier. We are currently using the Time and Expense mobile apps with little to no challenges. Setup took a bit of work but support was there ever step of the way. Any problem is corrected within hours instead of days. > > **Cons**: Due to the complexity and versatility it is not as point and click for install or use as some other products. This is a very welcome trade off for me and my company as the benefits outweigh the cons. ----- ### "Deltek Vision, a Solid Program, but not Perfect" — 3.0/5 > **Mike** | *26 January 2025* | Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Pros**: I liked the integration between each facet of the program. It reminds me of SAP in that information entered in one module is carried through to others. > > **Cons**: The interface in Deltek Vision is clunky. The functionality is there, but the refresh time is slow, and autofill options that you think would be automatic are not present. For instance navigating to a page does not automatically set your cursor to the first entry cell in the page. > > I used Deltek Vison for 10+ years for integrated work management for tasks ranging from project creation, resource allocation, resource management, and resource forecast to time sheet generation ----- ### "Efficient and easy to use" — 5.0/5 > **Ashlee** | *20 November 2023* | Civic & Social Organization | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Able to document time worked. Also the ability to use different codes for vacation time. > > **Cons**: It’s not automatically documented. Have to manually out time it with codes > > Overall experience is 7 out of 10. Would recommend ----- ### "I manage projects very easy" — 4.0/5 > **Daisy** | *17 April 2018* | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: It is a very good platform that allows us to keep up with our projects without any problem. I think the reports that this facilitates are very efficient and quite useful > > **Cons**: between projects it is sometimes very difficult to differentiate between projects, that is, to separate work and make it look different from another project. But in general lines I have not had any problem > > Great\! ----- Page: 1 / 21\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.za.com/software/2057847/vantagepoint?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.za.com/software/2057847/vantagepoint) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | ----- ## Structured Data
