> **Pros**: The product is easy to use, navigate, and search for exactly what your looking for. Customizable roles and access permissions allow for one source of truth without complicating or requiring multiple sources to limit access to particular users where required. Standardizing document classifications while maintaining version control is a must and HoBO Docs does not sacrifice your ability to tailor itself to exactly your business needs.

> **Cons**: No negatives come to mind. Prior versions required speed enhancements which have already been completed.
