> **Pros**: The software has a lot of uses that allows us to stay in one software to look up information. Running hour reports is a big thing for management, and the LEM dashboard allows me to pull it multiple ways.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the speed is a little slow, but I do know this is something the developers are constantly working on improving.

> Nylus has been a great tool for the company. It was easy to learn when I first started working with it, and gets easier and more diverse as new updates come out.
