Pros
-Took a lot off our AP teams plate. Now utility invoices are automated on our end.
-Automated utility billing to tenants, alleviating work from property staff.
Cons
-Yardi Energy Solutions has a strange billing structure. They bill random months later. It does not seem particularly logical.

Pros
Greatly relieved our AP staff of the burden of manually coding utility bills for 4000+ units. Streamlined tenant bill back of utilities.
Cons
The coders do make mistakes and are sometimes hard to reach. Given that invoices are processed off site it is hard to expedite past due balances.
