Customer service has been exceptional in resolving errors. The reports when we put the extra into keeping the referral manager clean has been beneficial in seeing potential referrals and areas of growth for us.

Pros

Being able to pull reports to identify cancelled visits, and lost visits.

Cons

Allscript system empty's into our referral manager, it requires alot of manual cleaning up to get accurate reports.
