Our most popular pricing plans are Essential Edition and Pro Edition priced at $30/user and $60/user respectively. Plans are monthly and start at 10 users. There is a discount for annual subscriptions. https://fastcall.com/pricing-plans/ The Essential Edition ($30) can be used to make outbound calls with the Fastcall softphone, or your existing hard phone (click-to-call.) Phones can be provisioned so that inbound calls pop with personal inbound call routing. Inbound options also include simulring and overflow. Calls can be recorded. The Pro Edition ($60) adds SMS, voicemail drop, dial by list, listen-in, call transfer, and advanced call logging - lookup to Opportunity, Case and/or Multiple Contacts per call. We can also craft a custom plan.
