> **Pros**: The user interface and ease of use to handle billing. If you have tried billing using only the Microsoft Partner Center, you will love CSP Control Center.

> **Cons**: In the early days of CSP Control Center, it was a challenge mainly because the product was new and did not have a lot of integrations. However, the product has evolved with several integrations such as QuickBooks, Authorize.Net, Autotask, and several others.
> 
> Our experience with CSP Control Center has been positive because the founders of the product were extremely helpful and still are despite having a much bigger team now. Most importantly, the team understand Microsoft billing which is important when choosing a CSP billing application.
