Our ability to respond to customers rapidly during complex sales engagements has become a real differentiator for us. We've got huge buy-in from the sales team because they can access pricing with ease and create industry-leading proposals that blow prospects away.
Pros
ServicePath has obviously been designed and built by a team that has faced the problems they solve first hand. While still extremely easy to use, there is a layer of detailed capability that means Servicepath can cater for even our most complex customer solutions.
Cons
It's always a challenge to implement a new tool - sales adoption, in particular, was a concern. I was sceptical that our sales team would be comfortable - but the ServicePath team went above and beyond to ensure the platform met all our requirements.

Their knowledge and experience demonstrated exactly how our business could implement CPQ successfully. The other providers could not clearly demonstrate how CPQ could cater to our specific requirements; instead, they focused on the product. Servicepath focused on us.

With sophistication comes some degree of complexity. As with any new tool the team took some time to become familiar with how it works, but there is a solid team to help implement & support

Exceptional is the word I would use. Incredibly friendly, fantastic product, super helpful in setup, configuration and training in the solution. Always responsive to our questions and addressing our isses.
Pros
Not only was it easy to fit into our current processes, it actually allowed to also improve on those processes and make them simpler and more efficient through using servicePath, from setting up and configuring our products and services, to sales teams to easy and effectively generate quotes
Cons
At the time of implementing and first using the product some of the UI elements were not as clean as they could be, but knew it was on their roadmap to improve

It’s a great application showing promising signs of future growth to help service providers sell complex IT service quicker.
As a user for more than 4 years, I have seen improvements in both service and system capability – there are more experienced users who can help to reduce the complexity of IT solutions for large deals.
Pros
It’s very easy to set up and start packaging the IT service portfolios in one central system, whilst being able to simply the quote to order process for highly complex and tailored IT solutions.
Cons
Although this is not a core feature, it would be nice to have further reporting and analytic capability to help inform better decision making across the business units.

I would say that from working at a number of companies (large and small) over a 20 year career in Sales, this was one of the best tools I have ever used. The capabilities to it seemed endless.
Pros
- Logic flow of process and approval flow through the organization
- Keeps sales at the forefront and what is needed for client facing work
- Easy integration with other modules and partners allows for fast turn around in costing and pricing in
flexible packages
- Integration with SFDC allowed for easy forecasting from active quotes - eliminates duplicate work for
Sales Teams
- Modifications by Support Teams were very responsive, completed quickly and very flexible

There were very few cons from a user perspective. The amount of detailed data input possibilities could seem daunting but if applied in a proper manner, various groups can achieve any outcomes they require.
