Pros
SAP TPM is a very powerful functionality in SAP CRM. It allows you better track your marketing campaigns.
Cons
It just takes a lot of time and resources setting this up initially. The SAP license is also quite pricey.

Uso SAP per la gestione degli ordini e qualche anno fa l'ho usato per il settore risorse umane come impiegato sempre.
Facile una volta acquisite le conoscenze e le praticità di cosa occorre.
Cons
Alcune funzioni e passaggi doppi per gestire alcune fasi nell'uso, magari è colpa mia che non sono stato formato abbastanza
