    Great Scheduling Solution from an Employee's perspective

    My overall experience I'd say is very satisfactory, I've never had any issues or technical bugs for starters and I've never felt the need to look or ask my employer for a different scheduling solution. I find the overall UI quite engaging and believe users ranging from the tech-savy to the old not so skilled would find it easy to use.

    Pros

    I like how it's very user-friendly at least from the perspective of an employee. It has just the right amount of functionalities to make its usage simple and satisfactory.

    Cons

    I don't like the mobile application as much as I like the website. Aside from the overall UI, it particularly lacks a functionality which I find to be amazing and time-saving. When specifiying my availability for each week, on the website, you can just copy the availability specified on a previous week for the current week. On the mobile app, this isn't an option from which you can benefit, which makes specifying my availability by phone a considerably time consuming task.

    My experience with Shiftbase software has been wonderful!!!! This software truly is a life safer!!!!! My overall experience was very positive!!!!!

    Pros

    I love how accurate and precise the software is when it comes to scheduling. It was very easy to use and beginner-friendly. It is very helpful with keeping the workflow organized.

    Cons

    I do feel the user experience on the website needs some improvement. Overall, it is a great software to use and I highly recommend it!!!!!

    Shiftbase is customizable & flexible, but easy to use

    We were looking for a flexibel tool which allows us to experiment with self-rostering & self-planning. This is all possible with the build-in functions & ability to adjust rights. Now, our whole team is managed on the same platform, so everyone is able to see who's planned in for the day, who's on vacation etc. I hope the app will continue to be refined in the future, and that feedback from customers will be taken into account for the continuous development.

    Pros

    The deciding factors for me where:
    - Flexibility in the assignment of rights to certain groups of users (allows for self-rostering and added flexibility, we use it to add a "flex" group to every team, so everyone can see the roster of another team, without the ability to change something)
    - The API: helps in tracking employee parameters without being dependent on manual repporting
    - Ease of use: it's always a challenge to launch a group of people into daily use of the app, and the question remains how the new tool will be introduced and explained. I'm glad shiftbase has a knowledge centre, so one can lookup any questions quite easily

    Cons

    - The presentation of the "team roster" isn't all that useful
    - A lack of options for part-time employees, meaning that the planning of off-days has to be managed with the use of availability, which takes time to put in for each and every employee
    - Polishing the app: the app is quite useful, but in my opinion it isn't quite as refined as the mean application

    Absolutely the best software for The Netherlands

    Our company has grown considerably and the administration on paper and Excel was no longer sufficient.
    It now saves 5 hours per month in calculating hours and vacations and planning has become much simpler.

    Pros

    The program is very clear and easy to understand, especially when compared to other software.
    It will take a few hours to master, but it is very user friendly and complete.

    The helpdesk in the Netherlands is perfect. They are always directly accessible and you always have the right person on the line.
    And everyone knows exactly how everything works and who you are, so within 5 minutes a question is dealt with and a problem solved.

    Cons

    Switching to this software simply takes time and attention. And you really need to schedule that. You actually have to take 2 full days to do so.
    But once everything has been set up, it's absolutely top-notch.

    Very nice software

    Pros

    A lot of colours to differentiate different users and processes
    Very nice work time recalulation with different calulation factors (day/night)
    View switchable from own tasks to the rest of the team in one click

    Cons

    Graphic representation of certain tasks would be nice, for example to see how many operators have done certain taks in a specific timeframe, or other example is to plot the workhours.
