Pros
I was hired to hire Event Staff for the company and the software was very easy to learn. I love the fast turnaround and thorough information provided in the report.
Cons
Sometimes the report is delayed waiting for the candidate to authorize the search. It would be nice from a billing perspective for the authorization to expire in 72 hours from being sent so the company is not billed for a report never done.
