> **Pros**: I love the ability to manage projects and see where they are in the system in real time. It is also such a great collaboration tool as freelancers from outside our company are also able to track projects to see who fits where according to the timeline. It ensures efficiency throughout all stages of a dev Lifecyle. We are able to centralize all communication so no comms are lost in mails/ chats

> **Cons**: My Kanban chart has removed some items from my list once, I am not sure whether it was a bug however I did not like that experience at all, could not even restore it
