RumbleUp is an extremely useful tool on a campaign, there are things that need to be fixed but it's nothing I don't think they can. We would not have the kind of communication we do with voters without RumbleUp. It has significantly changed the way we operate on campaigns and is necessary to our operations here now.
Pros
Very simplistic, easy for volunteers to learn and navigate, love that you can tag individuals for data entry, prescripted replies option is amazing and very useful
Cons
I HATE that when a voter is tagged, the software tags that voter multiple times for every response. So a voter could be tagged support 5 times or could be tagged "yard sign" multiple times which makes obtaining on the surface numbers frustrating and inaccurate. I also really hate it that their is not a support phone number I can call. On campaigns, there are many times where we have get out the vote days where upwards of 20 volunteers are in the office. If something isn't working, we need it fixed THEN AND THERE. This is impossible when my only option for communication is over email. I also hate that the system auto tags conversations. It is inaccurate at times and really messes up my data. I have conversations that are marked "DND" but also say "support" and "yard sign". I wish the auto-tag feature was taken out all together.
Response from RumbleUp
Hi Emily,
We are thrilled to read that you consider RumbleUp an integral part of your daily operations now! We know that text messaging is the quickest and most personal way of connecting with voters, and we are pleased that you consider RumbleUp the most simple and effective platform for making these connections.
Thank you for your feedback regarding the auto-tagging. We know that accurate data is critical in running a campaign. RumbleUp ¿2.0¿ will release later this year, and the auto-tagging is one of many features that has been given a complete overhaul.
You will also notice more robust CRM tools and improved message management which will help alleviate the need for last-minute phone calls on those critical GOTV days! Currently we do offer live call assistance at higher volume tiers, and are working to make the portal more intuitive for all tiers so everyone can focus on mobilizing and connecting with voters via text!
Please reach out to us if we can be of any other assistance

We've used it to win votes, elections, and influence people personally by texting them! Open rate is so much higher than email, and it's been an incredible experience so far.
Pros
We've used RumbleUp for a number of clients (and referred them to others!) and have always been incredibly pleased with their services and customer service. Highly recommend them anyone who needs P2P for their campaign, cause, or advocacy group!
Cons
The only "problem" that I could point out is FCC guidelines that ban RumbleUp from doing automatic texting. P2P can be hard to find volunteers for sometimes, but there's not a single thing wrong with RumbleUp, their software, or customer service.

It was fantastic. Great team that was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Walked us through everything with ease and clarity. Great platform overall.
Pros
Relatively easy to upload contacts (maybe needs more clarity that names are required for the numbers), was easy to get a hold of the rep, walkthrough of how the texts run and what is needed was very straight forward. Was performed exactly as was described with great timing.
Cons
Pricing felt slightly ambiguous. Was not sure how much each part of the service cost. While we did only do a one-time texting campaign (which would be the most useful for my organization), we received several invoices which were somewhat confusing as to why it was an added cost.
Not a fan of the Subscription model. Perhaps with an org that has lots of staff and the cool features, it might make sense for the pricing structure, but many times we will just need a text sent out. I understand that this is getting more and more regulated, but just having a message, having it sent, returning results, would be primarily useful for us. We could see clients using the advanced features, but it's more than we need. It would be nice to have a very simple feature set for P2P.

I was looking for an easy, cost effective way to get people to a fund raising event, and the to donate to a candidate. The product met all those objectives.
Pros
I knew about the power of engaging with texting vs. email. I just didn't know how easy it could be. I got up and going within an hour. The results were great, and the process was actually pretty fun. My specific project was political fundraiser, and the results were great.
Cons
Hmm. I don't know what I don't know on this subject. I haven't used other products, so maybe there are some cool features I would enjoy. My experience was great. Maybe it would be nice to send the texts from a computer rather than the phone.

RumbleUp is intuitive and affordable

Pros
The software worked exactly as I was hoping for. Other than a small hiccup with reserving proxy phone numbers, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Lists were easy to upload and manage, texts were easy to craft and send.
Cons
One small hiccup with reserving a proxy line, but it was worked out in under an hour thanks to customer service.
