We use it solely for training and I love that there are several courses offered in addition to the ones we require annually.
Pros
I like that it keeps track of each employees progress and assign each new assignments accordingly quickly and easily.
Cons
I wish you could require different passing scores per assignment...for example, having to have a 90% or better on fair housing, but just an 80% on other assignments.
