Alleva makes life easier for clinicians by providing a user-friendly, cloud-based EMR system designed specifically for the needs of behavioral health centers. With Alleva, tasks are streamlined, and features like reporting and compliance are automated. As a result, clinicians have more time to spend with the people in their care. Alleva utilizes Zoom technology to help clinicians stay in contact with their clients who are unable to attend in-person sessions and people who prefer remote treatment. It also facilitates communication with alumni and family members via Zoom and the Alleva app.

* Task Based - Our dashboard is task-based. If you have notes that need to be saved and signed, you don't need to go into each client chart to find what needs to be completed. When you log in for the day, you will see everything that needs to be completed.
* Compliance Driver- Clinicians can easily select treatment plan objectives that populate right into the note. We require your clinicians to write a thorough note. Our add clinical terms box will prompt them to use high-quality verbiage. Require that an ASAM or Mental Status Exam be completed on certain sessions. This functionality saves your clinical director a lot of audit time!
* Mobile App For Clients - We have an app that current clients & alumni can download that will send a daily thought, schedule for the day, homework, and questionnaires.
* Notifications - If notes are not being completed, you will receive notifications- even text messages if necessary.
* Client/Parent Portal- Send HIPAA compliant consents to be electronically signed within the portal. Send out mass announcements to current clients, parents, or alumni. View upcoming sessions and complete telehealth sessions right from the portal.
* Telehealth - We have HIPAA-compliant video conferencing (telehealth) built into the platform.
* Mobile Friendly - We are mobile responsive- do all of your notes with voice dictate on your phone.
* Alleva Insights- Our advanced reporting tool can generate any type of report that you want in the system. Fully customizable dashboards.
* Support- Our staff will support you every step of the way at no additional charge.
* Text message reminders- Your clients will receive text message reminders for upcoming groups, increasing the show rate significantly.

My overall experience with Alleva has been spectacular. At the end of the day with an EHR, you want top quality customer service and customer experience. I have been happy for the past year, and based on all information I have, will be happy for many years to come.
Pros
Customer service, ease of use, intuitive nature of the software, the ownership of the company. In general, have worked in 3 different EHR's in my career, demoed all of the "best EHR's" and still have chosen to work with Alleva. They are top in my book.
Cons
When we began working with Alleva, they had only been around for a few months. So, we faced challenges of working with a new software as they were in process of improving the system regularly. Otherwise, nothing.

I like using the EMR and look forward to more options and updates to the system. The customer service is sometimes hard to get ahold of, but they do make up for that with efforts in assisting with any problems
Pros
I like that it is user friendly. I also like that Alleva is responsive to our requests. If they can make something function better, then they will do it.
Cons
It is sometimes hard to get a response from customer service. Also, some work needs to be done in the medical department

Everything that Alleva offers is works well with every facet of our company, and Alleva support is the best of the best.
