Pros

WorkStory allows you to collect reviews of multiple employees over a longer period of time so that you're not cramming during review time.

Cons

The dashboard can be slightly clunky and I don't understand how to use the reporting feature.

You hit the nail on the head with regard to the process - making reviewing an ongoing experience so that formal performance reviews are quick and easier to put together...all while your fellow team members benefit from having continuous feedback throughout the year.

Pros

The surveys are ok. I'm not sure how relevant they are.

Cons

This feels somewhat like we're judging each other and I prefer not to do that.

It's been nice so far, pretty easy to review coworkers. Just a few bugs with getting some for coworkers who were on maternity leave.

Pros

The integration with slack is great, pretty seamless since we live on slack as a company.

Cons

The questions can be a little in depth at some times, and sometimes I get a week where I'm hit with a lot and other weeks I get none at all.

We're glad to hear that the integration with Slack has been working well for you and your company.

As for your concerns around the question depth and frequency - we'd suggest checking in with your team's administrator as they can help to adjust both of those aspects of the system for you.

Similarly, if team members are OOO, your administrator can set them to be inactive so that you're not receiving extraneous reviews. If that happens though, please use the "I'm not sure" option to pass on the reviews and you should be good to go!

It is very easy to use and you can give feedback to anyone in the company so it makes you feel heard.

Cons

Sometimes asks to review people you dont work with or questions that I cant really answer
