> **Cons**: Still having trouble incentivizing people to leave accurate ratings and reviews on people and to do it consistently. Many of them just give 5 stars and the same comment for everyone.

> Once we spent time with the onboarding and the appropriate questions to ask and grouping different departments together to review people who they work with we were able to take a big step towards insightful data. We were able to have actionable data ready for us to give people during their yearly reviews. Peer reviewed feedback goes a long way compared to just the opinion of the boss.
