Overall, I really like Adhook and think it is an extremely useful tool for social media management. There are many good features which I use on a daily basis as part of my role. I think the support from [sensitive content hidden] has been great as he has answered any queries in a timely and confident manner.
Pros
I love Adhook as it is very simple to use. Using the calendar view, I am able to plan social media posts well in advance and have an overall view of the upcoming month which allows me to stay on top of content. Additionally I like that you can make notes within the calendar to remind you of awareness days coming up or events to prompt me to make a social post. I also like the approval process in Adhook as it ensures that my content is audited appropriately. Exporting the metrics from Adhook into Excel is useful as it allows us to manipulate the data ourselves.
Cons
The reporting function is good but it would be great to have some training in it to ensure we understand all the elements and functionalities and create a standardised report that is valuable for our analytics. The reporting function could also incorporate metrics on the recommended best times to post content to increase engagement. For instagram reels, it would be good to have a preview of the view as it is shown in the feed to ensure the content is within the safe zone. The aspect ratio of a reel is 1080x1920px, however on the feed it is cropped to 1080x1350px in the feed.It would be good to be able to schedule story posts, polls or have AI copy to help think of more engaging captions. Additionally, being able to tag/collaborate within Adhook would be good to ensure we are tagging the right accounts. Unfortunately, with videos published through Adhook, the colours are slightly distorted on the social media channel. This is not an issue if posted manually.It would be generally good to get training in using Adhook, especially for paid campaigns and to ensure we are optimising all the features within the tool.

I had an amazing overall experience with Adhook. Value for money is one of the best platforms I have worked with in the past 6 years. As I said, customer support is amazing and invaluable in this case.
Pros
While it was really easy to adapt to the platform and use it on a daily basis, what I value the most is the customer service provided. No matter the day or time of the day, [sensitive content hidden] has always been extremely supportive... ready for setup calls, to solve the slightest issues and to implement whatever we suggested made sense for both of us. It truly makes the experience hassle free and demonstrates accountability. It's a pleasure to work with [sensitive content hidden] and the team.
Cons
The integration of the different platforms, Meta in particular, was not as seamless and we could not figure it out on our own. However, we had [sensitive content hidden] support.There is also some room for improvement within the platform, such as the tagging features both on Twitter and Instagram, the fact that the text changes when you select/deselect the "customize post per platform," the flow of navigation from one page to another...In the future, AI could probably suggest a shorter version for Twitter that fits the character limit.

– der Kundensupport ist einfach einzigartig, mega schnell, unkompliziert und stets super hilfreich
– AdHook geht auf meine Bedürfnisse ein; wenn mir etwas im Tool fehlt, sucht man nach Lösungen oder erklärt, wieso etwas nicht möglich ist
– AdHook erleichtert mir den Alltag. Das Posten und Vorausplanen ist viel leichter und schneller mit diesem Tool.
Cons
Ich habe mir das Reporting etwas einfacher und schneller vorgestellt. Gerade bei einem komplexeren Reporting, sind die ganzen Widgets in diesem Bereich nicht ganz so leicht zu verstehen. Nach einer Sitzung mit [sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet] war aber schnell klar, wie ich es zukünftig machen muss.

Pros
Adhook ist ein super Tool, das einfach zu bedienen ist und trotzdem alle benötigten Funktionen abdeckt. Für uns relevant ist vor allem die Möglichkeit, Vorlagen-Posts zu erstellen und unseren Usern zu Verfügung stellen zu können. Mit dieser Funktion können wir wichtige Inhalte aufbereiten und auch weniger geübte User können darauf zugreifen und ihre Kanäle mit professionellen Inhalten befüllen, ohne viel Zeit dafür zu benötigen.
Cons
Keine. Fehlte eine Funktion, hat Adhook das Feedback positiv aufgenommen und für Optimierungen genutzt. Innert kürzester Zeit wurde dies dann umgesetzt.

Am meisten begeistert uns der unkomplizierte und intuitive Aufbau des Tools. Die Nutzer:innen sind davon begeistert.

Das Tool funktioniert super auf iOS, auf Windows braucht man bei grossen Datenmengen ein wenig mehr Geduld, was aber ebenfalls darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass wir hohe Sicherheitsstandards haben.
