It is user-friendly and flexible by design. Its flexibility allows for easy configuration changes with minimal adjustments, making the application both adaptable and stable. The audit process is expedited, allowing you to focus on the most important areas. The dashboard and overdue email notifications help us close and track incidents on time.

Pros
The linking technology between modules is fantastic, one can easily view all connected items from one risk which is a benefit to our client.
Cons
The dashboard reports do not show data that is relevant to our users and they are quite dated and we cannot customise the risk register which is a feature that most clients want (eg hiding irrelevant columns within a register).

Thanks for the feedback. As discussed, dashboard charts can easily be added as part of our deployment. Our platform is based on low/ zero code so this is really quick and can be requested from our support team. Also, the risk register is actually configurable by end users and you can hide the irrelevant columns. Only a few select mandatory columns cannot be hidden, rest can be easily hidden.

The customer support you provide during demos and understanding is a big plus too!I like how you've made the whole audit process smooth and easy, from planning to tracking what needs to be done. You've made sure everything works well together.I find it interesting how you've set up ways to measure risk. This makes the audit process quicker and lets you focus on the most important areas. Your smart choices are clear.The Dashboards you made show everything happening in the audit step by step. It's like looking from high up and seeing the whole picture. This helps everyone know what's going on.I think it's really cool how you let auditors make reports that fit them. This makes their work faster and reports are better because they can make them their own way.Your dedication to both the product and customer support really shines through. Pros
Flexible, configurable, easy to use and has all features that a good GRC software in the market would have. The linking of modules is an amazing feature which gives a complete view of associated items. I found the Incident and Control modules of the tool and the ability to associate with each other very useful to mitigate the risks associated with IT assets and in preventing the incidents from occurring again.The team is very good, always available to support and responds very quickly.
Cons
There were some teething problems, however, the team responded very quickly and resolved.
