About Hey
Hey is an email app that allows you to easily screen your emails by setting rules for what constitutes an important message and what does not. You can also push or pull emails into specific folders, archive or delete them when they come into your inbox, and use smart replies like "I'll get back to you soon". If you click on an email from one of your contacts (or anyone with a Hey account), it automatically brings up their profile picture so you can immediately see who sent it. Hey gets rid of all the distracting ads, promoted messages, social notifications, and newsletters so you can only see emails from people who matter most to you

I have enjoyed using Hey since early 2020 but I've found an alternative (MailmanHQ) for keeping my inbox clean while using several different GMAIL accounts.
Pros
I very much like the philosophy behind it. Having the ability to screen emails in or out before they actually reach your inbox is a really, really nice feature. That alone made it worth it for me for 2+ years.
Cons
The fact that certain formatting is lost when viewing emails in Hey, and that every response is added to the inbox section, doubling the amount of emails there.

Hey is a very attractive software which provide many facilities to organize emails and prioritize important emails. The most I love about this software is the merging facility of more than one emails which enable the user having multiple emails to be productive in their work without arising the need to login and logout of separate emails to retrieve information's. The feature provided by Hey is outstanding and helps in improving efficiency at work.
Pros
I love all the features provided by hey which allows the user to organize the emails according to the priority. The management of emails in Hey is outstanding. The feature of merging up emails from two different Hey account is really cleaver and would be really helpful for a person who have multiple emails. The best part of hey is the user friendly interface it provides.
Cons
I love most of this software and all its features but I wish there was a live chat feature available to chat with anyone having Hey emails in my contact.

I'm really happy with it and I don't want to get back to any other provider or app. Just the convenience of getting rid of non-important email right away is like magic.
Pros
Getting rid of all transactional Amazon or other companies emails is just incredible. At first it takes time to set up and have it running smoothly, but as soon as you have it, it's like having a VA cleaning up your email all day!
Cons
For people who don't check email everyday I think Gmail is better because it's easier to deal with old emails. Also the search bar is kind of confusing.
