Overall experience is fabulous. Easy to use, better control of inventory, can run reports from the Accushelf.

Pros

Product is easy to use, I would like for the shelf to stay on longer instead of having to sign in every time. Since there is usually one of the three of us signing in and out. It is usually the same person that day.

Cons

Sometimes the Accushelf forgets or drops our fingerprints and we have to manually sign in. When you are in a hurry that is annoying.

Excellent customer service

Pros

Real time inventory management that is easy to use. Ultimately helps control vaccine use and procurement. Worth the money to protect our most expensive cost — vaccines.

Cons

Price could be lower, but in the end it is worth it to prevent loss of very expensive vaccines

Pros

Easy to use this product. Accurate inventory. Temperature log feature is awesome.

Cons

The scanner if not used will go to sleep and then the Accushelf has to be rebooted. Other than that no other cons

Pros

It's easy to use. I love the fact that it keeps track of all expiration dates and a count of the medications.

Cons

That it logs out to quickly at times and doesn't save the information that you were currently working on.
