1. Auto dialer with predictive and power modes
An auto dialer is a piece of software that dials phone numbers from the list and automatically connects an operator to a call, when a customer picks up the phone. Selmo’s auto-dialer has 2 modes: a power mode and a predictive mode.
In power mode numbers are dialed one by one. As soon as the current call is ended, the dialer calls the next number on the list, and so on. It frees the hands of an agent, speeds up the process, and makes sure no one is missed.
In predictive mode, several numbers are called simultaneously and an operator is connected to the call when a customer picks up the phone. Selmo’s predictive algorithm determines when to dial the next number based on your previous call statistics and adjusts to each campaign, script, and operator.

2. IVR
A powerful IVR for inbound calls supports is fully customizable and supports various tasks, for example assigning tags, scheduling a call, adding the contact to a campaign or assigning him to a manager, etc.
3. Call recording and speech analytics
All inbound and outbound calls are being recorded and stored until such time as you decide to delete them. The transcription of each conversation is formed instantly.
4. CRM
