> **Pros**: - Increased productivity by at least 30% over pen and paper, to work on side projects and business growth- Office and technicians are always connect via Laptops and tablets- Seamlessly issuing customer proposals and invoices with a click- Notes and photos can be digitally stored to a customer profile or work order - No more lost paper and sticky notes

> **Cons**: - Could use more filters for finding specific “Sent Proposals”- Sometimes when you add a customer with the same first name as an existing customer, it’ll ask you if you want to create a new one in an attempt to avoid duplicates. Despite the fact that the last name is different
