Pros
The customer support and the reliability of the program have been excellent throughout the process of automating our finance models.
Cons
My only concern with the tool right now is that there’s still more to be done in the charting functionality to fully encompass some reporting features we already have in Excel or Google Sheets, but for sure is something that is coming

Pros
We've been using Abacum for 6 months. The implementation team were great and got us up and running in 4 weeks. We've cut the time it takes to create and update reports to a fraction of what it was in spreadsheets. Reports and charts are automated, saving us time and reducing errors. We now have consistent data between our actuals and forecast, and we can link different data sources, drill into details, and create tons of custom views. The implementation team helped us learn the product quickly, clarify setup questions, and helped us find the best ways to implement Abacum for our business. Lots of new features released since we started. The product team are responsive and have reached out to understand our requirements more to put them onto the roadmap.
Cons
Nothing. They have continually met our expectations. Where we have encountered some product limitations, the team has listened and provided workarounds and/or permanent fixes.

The user experience is one of the best features of Abacum. Especially highlighting the drill down function.

Looking at the forecasting model there are still some features that can be developed to reduce the work for the finance teams.

We've been extremely pleased with Abacum! From the sales process (not pushy but very helpful/informative) to implementation to go live and these first few months of being live, the product has been everything we hoped for and more and the team has been top notch.
Pros
So much! Easy enough to learn for non-financial stakeholders but powerful enough to do anything the finance team needs. Great API connections/integrations. Excellent customer support. They as a company are constantly adding updates/improvements.
Cons
Honestly there have been no issues with Abacum. If anything, because we're a non-profit, there's been just a few things to figure out since we look at things a little differently than a corporation, but their implementation team was excellent in helping us work that out and they've already added some improvements/changes based on things that we needed.

A turning point in our Financial operations!

Pros
We started using Abacum a year ago. The FP&A team were very helpful during the onboarding process and helped us setup all of the models on the platform. They are generally always very responsive and always clear up any uncertainties we face both now and during the onboarding process.
The integration of Abacum into our financial operations has definitely been a significant turning point. Historically, our team has spent a lot of time on manual tasks and consolidating information. This integration has undoubtedly made a huge impact on the way we work, allowing us to spend more time on strategic decision-making.
