Definitely would recommend the system to anyone who is tired of the poor options in POS systems available to jewelers.

Pros

Two big things stand out for us. First, customer service. Whenever we have an issue (which, with any POS, you're going to have issues) we can almost immediately get a response from their team. Often with a dedicated person and a phone call that solves our problem. Secondly, we have been able to take our business to the next level using their software. Our website is fully linked to the physical store, and we can check our full system from anywhere. I can be at home and make changes to our website or help employees with sales from home as well. Checking daily totals or showing people our entire lineup from anywhere has become a breeze. Really a great system that's miles easier to use than our previous.

Cons

We have had issues from time to time with it being a newer system, but even then, they have been very helpful in fixing the issues. So I won't hit them too hard for that
