Pros
Magic was super easy to set up. I was looking for a platform to help increase reviews and overall awareness for my burger truck. I am super busy with a day time job and my burger truck is my side hustle so I really needed to save time and Magic did exactly that.

Magic really understands the need of small businesses. Their team helped us a lot with onboarding and giving up local insights into how we can better utilise the software to grow our business more. Pros
The software REALLY works. We were able to triple our reviews after the first month. The best part is how easy it is to use. Most of the work is done for you with templates so you just have to connect current reviews sites and you are ready to go. Being able to contact customers via SMS is another big plus. Response rates are much higher and faster.
Cons
So far, not many complaints. Our team has found it very easy to use and definitely worth the value.
