TomTicket is an online solution for support calls and customer service that is available in the Portuguese language. The tool enables users to access customizable contact forms, create new responses to agents and customers, automate email notifications, and apply a mechanism for the evaluation of services. With integration to other systems via an API and mobile applications for Android and iOS devices available, TomTicket also allows unlimited customer registrations, customer service agent allocation by department, and quick access to client service histories. The solution also produces management reports on the number of calls per period, call status, attendant participation, and more.
