SHOficina is a modular management system for micro and small workshops. SHOficina enables users to monitor over-the-counter sales, control work orders, manage the registration of customers and suppliers, access the complete maintenance history of a particular vehicle or piece of equipment, and more.
With this tool, businesses can manage incoming and outgoing stock movements, issue sales receipts and send them by email, control internal and manufacturers' warranties, and keep appointments organized via an intelligent agenda. Finally, SHOficina helps businesses manage accounts payable and receivable, income and expenses, and cash flow, and it even produces detailed reports to aid in informed decision-making. It is available in the Portuguese language only.
