Pros

Allows you to handle your IP monitoring and deliverability on the best way possible, with a very good customer support and an amazing customer success
Has tons of options for campaigns, segmentation and is very dynamic on every aspect - rulesets, content, segmentation etc

Cons

A bit complicated and old fashion software with a complicated API that tends to make your campaigns and data updates to be only near live and not real time based with 3rd party softwares

The segmentation is advanced and effective.
Definitely their is a place to grow but I would still recommend this platform

Pros

I liked importing my email to this platform and segmenting our clients from it and sending it to them.
Great support team, super responsive and friendly

Cons

the journey planning is mediocre at best, difficult platform to plan a flow based on actions from the clients, defiantly a place to improve the clients platform experience

Pros

Ease of use, good UI, lots of features and ways to slice & dice data

Cons

When I started with it there was a lot of legacy options and the UI was clunky. As developers work on it, each module is becoming much easier to use
