Die Tourenplanung für unser Außendienstteam lässt sich flexibel und effizient gestalten, wodurch wir viel Zeit sparen und unsere Einsätze optimal koordinieren können. Besonders schätzen wir die hohe Flexibilität des Systems und die Möglichkeit, Touren schnell an veränderte Anforderungen anzupassen. Insgesamt unterstützt uns portatour® sehr zuverlässig im täglichen Arbeitsalltag.

> **Cons**: Ein kleiner Nachteil zeigt sich bei sehr kurzfristigen Änderungen. Wenn beispielsweise kurzfristig ein zusätzlicher Termin oder ein Markt in einer völlig anderen Region eingeplant werden muss, kann dies die bereits optimierte Wochenplanung erheblich beeinflussen. Dadurch entsteht teilweise zusätzlicher Aufwand bei der Anpassung der bestehenden Touren. Hier wären noch mehr Flexibilität oder alternative Szenarien für spontane Änderungen hilfreich.

> **Cons**: Synchronisation der Kundendaten könnte moderner sein über APIs etc. Außerdem fehlen teilweise wichtige Felder. Diese kann man zwar individuell konfigurieren, werden aber beim Besuchsbericht nicht angezeigt, sondern nur bei den Kundendaten selbst. Verkäufer sieht beim Besuchsbericht somit nicht gleich alle relevanten Daten.
