About Smice

Smice is developed by a Mystery Shopping agency with 18 years of expertise. The mobile app was first developed to equip mystery shoppers and increase the quality and reliability of mystery shopping. The mobile app's performance and ergonomics were then made available to employees, allowing them to self-evaluate on the basis of the standards measured by the mystery visits.

The Smice mobile app also allows coaches and area managers to document their field visits and conduct coaching sessions. Smice's clients also use it to prepare or maintain their certifications related to quality, CSR, hygiene, etc. The integrations allow them to consult all the results on the same dashboard: compliance and customer experience measurements, feedback from the field, customer satisfaction, etc.

I believe the tool is easy but is necesary to add more language for the traductor.

Pros

We initiated a practice of requesting our partners to utilize Smice regularly for auditing their facilities and reporting the results. Right from day one, Smice demonstrated itself as an incredibly valuable tool.

While Smice offers numerous advantages, there is one drawback to consider: It takes a while to open

Pros

I am the end user, so if the person in your company has implemented and prepared the questionnaires well, it is a great tool.

Cons

That I need to provide comments on everything. And if a section does not apply to me, It will not register 100% complete.

It takes a long time to open and only works with internet.

Thank you Kezia for your review ! Indeed, to load a questionnaire, you need internet. Afterwards, you can use the offline app as much as you want, you just need to be connected to transmit the data.
