We have provided a lot of feedback to the ServiceFactor Support Team and they have been very accommodating with updating the software using our suggestions.

> **Cons**: There are a few value-adding features available through other software packages that I would love to see implemented in ServiceFactor.  It has greatly improved our operations, but there are things they still need to improve upon.

> **Cons**: No real cons from a user standpoint. It is always difficult to switch from one software to another. Service Factor support team makes that transition as seamless as possible.
