Quality PMS with a responsive team.

Pros
The PMS itself provides industry beating features which are always being developed further to make the life of PM simpler and more efficient. The team is responsive to requests and further development and support you with any questions promptly.
Cons
Initially disliked the lack of integrations but this is improving and with the pMS handling majority of the jobs not much other software is needed anyway.

Pros
Easy to setup and use, well adapted for mobile devices, loads fast.
Cons
Very limited visual analytics, not very customizable. For example, I cannot see the value of upcoming bookings in a chart for the next 6 or 12 months.

L'outil permet beaucoup de personnalisation et de possibilités diverses selon vos besoins. Par contre, ayant beaucoup de choses à proposer, il faut aussi prendre le temps d'être formé par les équipes de Rental pour parfaitement maîtriser les différents paramètres.
Pros
- comptabilité, facturation, un vrai +
- ajout des prestataires (ménage, travaux...)
- le suivi des informations et photos envoyé par les équipes
- Le service client qui est réactif (Naomie, Aline, Jihad, Théophile) = la dream team, mais le reste de l'équipe est bien aussi.
- la possibilité d'avoir un split des versements entre le gestionnaire de compte et les propriétaires
- l'outil en lui-même avec la visibilité hebdomadaire du planning
- Leur newsletter mensuelle permet d'être informé des améliorations mises en place et il y en a régulièrement, ce que j'apprécie.
- le site direct
- l'outil de pricing intégré
- Bref, l'outil est excellent, tout est bien... Il faut l'essayer pour comprendre.
Cons
- Le coût par appartement, qui reste important, donc l'outil n'est pas accessible à toutes les bourses.
- Le service client, on peut parfois tomber sur des personnes qui ont du mal à comprendre les demandes et ils envoient des réponses automatiques ou des articles à lire au lieu de répondre à la question. Heureusement, c'est rare.
- C'est dommage que l'on n'ait pas plus d'autonomie pour le paramétrage des antennes
- La boîte de réception pour échanger avec les clients n'est pas user friendly. En particulier via un mobile. Impossible de traduire les messages, et il est difficile de retrouver des messages depuis la messagerie.
- Il n'y a pas d'application mobile pour le gestionnaire, pour voir les arrivées et départs hebdomadaires, ou encore une partie messagerie pour répondre aux guests
