Amazing! We have lots of cooks in the kitchen when it comes to feedback for WarrantyHub, so they hear a lot of feedback from me. We have a lot of customization and integration requests. They work through these requests quickly and never disappoint with how well and how quick they meet our needs. We really appreciate their personal touch.
Pros
The personal touch they give us every day. We have a lot of customizations needed specific to our business. Even though they have many other customers, they manage to make it feel like we are their only customer.
Cons
A minor gripe I have is their reporting. Their reporting is great, but the columns are in alphabetical order, instead of an order that I can customize.

Our overall experience with WarrantyHub has been amazing. Not only was the deployment painless, but the customer service we've received since deployment has been excellent. The WarrantyHub system has greatly improved the warranty service experience for our customers and for our staff.
Pros
This system cut the time we spend processing warranty claims by more than half. Also, it's made tracking the progress of each claim so much easier. Additionally, we now have access to important metrics that help us improve the quality of our products. I would recommend this system to any company with warranty claims numbering 30 per month or more.
Cons
There are a few things we are working on with Warranty Hub to improve functionality for us, but that's only because they customized the system for use in our industry. So a few elements have been tweaked and we have a few to go. But the company is SUPER responsive and addresses our needs in a thorough and timely manner.

WarrantyHub has gone above and beyond in every aspect since we partnered with them about 18 months ago. With each phase completed and new feature provided, we're beyond happy with the results time and time again. The platform they've developed has made for greater efficiency and organization for my company and our external partners that we provide services to. We couldn't be happier!
Pros
WarrantyHub's willingness to help and their customer service is extraordinary. They've taken the time to truly understand my company and our growth goals, then worked with us and made recommendations and changes to the platform to fully support my company and our goals.
