Pros
Seamless integration with Shopify & the WhatsApp Commerce are my most favorite features of Interakt. One can easily sync their Shopify catalog with Interakt and start selling products on WhatsApp.
Cons
It would be really great if the variants functionality in the catalogue is available.

A whatsApp chat company dont have chat support. Email response time is 24 hours.
It take 4-5 days...
A whatsApp chat company dont have chat support. Email response time is 24 hours.
It take 4-5 days just to fix online meeting. Solution takes weeks.
Most of the time, we have to solve our issues ourselves.
Its not businessman friendly.
Dont lose your business with interakt

They are providing chat api. But nothing more.
Cons
Pathetic customer support. You need to leave your business and become developer to use their software.
